- Maintenance & Repairs – Air-conditioning, plumbing, sound systems, carpets
- Sanitation & Cleanliness – Daily cleaning services, hygiene products
- Software & System Subscriptions – Prayer time displays, accounting systems, donor management platforms
- Office Supplies & Stationery
- Communication Costs – Phone lines, SMS/WhatsApp outreach, website hosting
